Wonton wrappers (about two packages)
Filling:
1 lb ground pork
1 egg, beaten
1 inch ginger
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tbsp pepper
Sauce:
2 tbsp chili oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chicken stock
1 tsp ground Sichuan pepper
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 green onions, finely sliced
